Measured, not demoed
A tool isn't finished when the video looks good. It's finished when the success rate holds on real projects - and until then, it doesn't ship.
Noviqore Technologies builds AI that does real work in real AEC workflows - BIM tools that see the model, check the work, and clear the repetitive tasks, so firms of any size can compete on intelligence instead of headcount.
BIM promised a smarter construction industry - then innovation slowed. The repetitive work stayed manual. And when AI finally reached AEC, it arrived mostly as demos: impressive in videos, missing from production.
Noviqore exists to close that gap: new approaches to automation that put production-grade AI inside daily AEC work - modeling, coordination, quality, and review - so small and mid-size firms can deliver at a level that once demanded massive resources.
A tool isn't finished when the video looks good. It's finished when the success rate holds on real projects - and until then, it doesn't ship.
Blind prompting produces confident nonsense. Our AI reads live element data, geometry, and drawings before it acts - context first, action second.
Automation should let a small firm deliver like a large one. We build for the teams doing the work, not only the giants.
Every tool began as a real frustration - in coordination meetings, BEP audits, and submission deadlines. Not in a lab.
In 2024, before Noviqore had a name, we built Automator - an agent that turns plain language into Revit actions. The demo was beautiful. We could have published the video and sold licenses. Instead, we measured it.
Automator executed 40-50% of the commands it was given. The rest failed. Plenty of tools ship at that rate behind a great demo - but who pays for a coin flip? It didn't ship.
Every failure had the same root: the AI couldn't see the model. Ask it to modify columns named “C1” and it wrote code for “C1”, reported success - while the model's columns were named “Columns 1” and nothing changed. No names, no geometry, no drawings. Guesswork.
We inverted the workflow: instead of the user describing the model to the AI, the AI inspects the model itself. Helper methods let it query live categories, types, and elements as structured data. A vision channel captures exactly what the user sees - model views, sheets, annotations. And when an answer needs numbers, it replies with charts, not paragraphs.
Command success passed 90% on current models - and users pick the model that fits their quality and cost. That bar became the company: every Noviqore tool is built, measured, and shipped the same way.
Twelve AI-enabled tools on one Revit ribbon: data export and live dashboards, model versioning, AI automation and rendering, clash-to-opening coordination, code compliance, and BEP-driven model health.
Turns inspection videos into reports. Frames are extracted and analyzed by a selectable deep-learning model; findings are classified by defect type, grouped into events, and exported as a final report.
Reviews design sheets with the LLM of your choice - OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, xAI, or a local server when security demands it. Profile-based design checks, sheet-to-sheet change detection, and quantity take-off.
Custom add-ins, automation pipelines, and integrations built around your firm's actual workflows - from a single tool to a full platform.
Coordination as a service, backed by our own automation: clash detection and resolution, ZOI clearance checks, BIM health and data-integrity audits for objects and maintainable assets - delivered through Power BI dashboards built for decisions.
Noviqore Technologies was founded in 2026, after two years of building, testing, and measuring. We're early - and the early results are exactly why we're confident.
professionals beta-tested the suite on production work - and confirmed productivity gains, the largest in coordination: clash detection, resolution, and ZOI clearance checks.
for the BIM Checker to make a model compliant - it extracts checking rules from the project BEP with AI, runs health and data-integrity checks, and applies the fixes.
covered by the Code Checker - stairs, rooms, ventilation, window areas, clearances, built-up area, and parking, validated against Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, and South Korea. UK and US are next.
supporting live coordination work on active AEC projects - from clash follow-up and ZOI clearance checks to model-health reviews, BIM data fixes, and reporting loops that keep the automation grounded in real delivery.

Seven years inside AEC Industry - building the tools he kept wishing existed.
Mohamed has spent his career where BIM meets deadlines. He has led clash detection, model QA, and BIM business intelligence for MODAEC (UK), and develops coordination automation as a BIM developer-coordinator on active AEC projects.
He holds an M.Sc. in Construction Management from Cairo University - with a thesis on automated code-compliance checking using BIM and business intelligence - and a BIM Automation diploma from Egypt's Information Technology Institute. The throughline of his work became Noviqore's blueprint: clash-detection and QA cycles compressed from weeks to 48 hours, governance held to ISO 19650 - automation he first shipped for employers and clients, and now ships to the industry.
Most AI in AEC stops at the demo. We kept going until the AI could see the building.
